The university-purchased Enginius class license will provide a single license code that will be valid for the number of students in the class.
TIP: If you are not an instructor (e.g., TA, admin assistant, IT department, etc.), please ask the instructor to provide you with their Third-party Access link in order to make a University License Purchase on their behalf. |
Purchase Enginius
To purchase an Enginius license for your class, please visit INSTRUCTORS -> PURCHASE ENGINIUS menu link (https://www.enginius.biz/purchase/configure/license/) to configure your course. (If you need to obtain a quote prior to completing the purchase process, please visit the quote generation page or the quote generation help page.)
Select the University Purchase block and enter the number of students in your class (this can be adjusted any time up until license payment), how long the license should last (note the link for a one month license beneath the 6 Months option) and the specific materials the student will need. The "Customized" option will allow you to choose only the specific materials you need for your course. The price of the license will update as you configure the course. Finally, give your license a title so you will be able to easily recognize in your list of licenses and the date you would like your license to start.
Please note that the class license will be valid from the license start date for the length of time you selected. Eg., If you select January 1 for the start of a six month license, students will be able to access the software from January 1 to June 30 (regardless of when the student actually starts using the software). |
Payment Options
Place Order (pay later)
Select this option to place the order and pay at a later time. A student instruction sheet containing the license information and the invoice for the software will be generated and emailed to the instructor. The license will be valid for immediate use (or at the start date set for license). It is the instructor's responsibility to ensure that the invoice is directed to the appropriate university staff for payment. A physical copy of the invoice will not be mailed.
TIP: If you think you will need to adjust the number of students on the license (eg., late adds/drops), use the Place Order feature as you can change the number of students on your order as long as the invoice has not been paid. |
Purchase Now (pay now)
Select this option to place the order and pay immediately with a credit card. Once selected, the student instruction sheet containing the license information will be emailed to you and you will be directed to a payment page for credit card details. If you do not make payment at this time, the order is still active and an invoice will be generated for later payment as above.
