Updating the Number of Students on a University License

If the university has purchased the Enginius software for the class, the number of students on that license may be updated after the order is place, as long as the invoice has not been paid. Once the invoice has been paid, the number of students on that class license may not be changed.


To update the number of students on the license, visit your Billing and Licensing page (https://www.enginius.biz/purchase/). You will find the list of your licenses and as long as the invoice has not been paid, you will have the ability to Add or Remove Seats from your license. Please note that you will not be able to decrease the number of licenses to below the number of licenses that have already been used (ie., you ordered 98 license, 95 have been used by students already, you will not be able to decrease your license count below 95).



Selecting the "Add or Remove Seats" option will open a new window:



As you adjust the number of seats, the invoice price will adjust accordingly (including any change in the cost per license based on volume discounts):


Once complete, click Save. An updated invoice will be emailed to you.
