Once you have a quote, it is easy to convert that quote into an actual order from your Billing & Licensing page. Under the Quotations section of the Billing & Licensing page, you will find your existing quotes. Each quote will have a column of buttons that contain additional actions that you may take on that particular quote.
You may modify the quote at this point and set a purchase order number if needed. To officially place the order, select the "Place Order" option (you will immediately receive the invoice and a student instruction sheet via email or you may download them directly from this Billing & Licen). The quote will convert to an order and the order may be found under the Licenses section of the page.
