Creating a Survey Sharing Code

You may share the data collected by an Enginius survey with other Enginius subscribers. Only the respondent data will be shared with the other user and they will not have access to the survey itself.

To share your survey data, visit the Enginius Surveys dashboard. Select the survey that you want to share the data with another user and under the "Survey Data" heading will be an option to "Share Data" (the survey must have responses before the option to Share data will be active).

Clicking the "Share Data" option and then checking the "I want to share this survey's collected data with other people" will create a unique sharing code for your survey data. This code can then be provided to other Enginius users so that they may analyze your survey-collected data.

Using a Survey Sharing Code

To use a Survey Sharing Code, select the "Enter a Survey Sharing Code" option from the Surveys dropdown on the main Enginius Dashboard.

After entering the Survey Sharing Code, you will find the shared data listed under the Surveys dropdown on the main Enginius Dashboard.

Selecting the shared survey data will allow you to Select Respondents.
