Fatal error when running model

A Fatal Error message while running a model indicates that the data is not properly formatted for the Enginius platform to analyze. While Enginius will attempt to recognize the most common issues with data sets (eg, missing cell values, incorrect number of rows/columns), it cannot recognize all issues with the data that may be uploaded. If the data issue is unrecognized, a Fatal Error will result.

To minimize the chances of fatal errors when using your own data, it is highly recommended that you use the "Template" feature of Enginius. The Template feature will help you build a blank Enginius data set according to your design specifications. Once the template is generated, you can either fill in your data directly on Enginius or download the template to Excel to fill in offline.

If you still experience a Fatal Error when running your analysis, please submit a copy of your data set along with a support ticket using the Help button or send an email to [email protected].
