Repeatedly logged out of Enginius Dashboard

Enginius can only have one instance open at a time. If a second instance is opened (either on a different computer or a different browser), you will be logged out of your initial session.



If you are regularly (every few minutes) being logged out of Enginius (and you do not have Enginius open on another computer or browser), please check your browser for the following extension - Random User-Agent (or one similar). We have also had reports of some anti-virus software having this feature as well.


Enginius uses the user-agent to determine your browser. This extension can refresh your user-agent every x number of minutes and when it refreshes the user agent, Enginius sees that as new access and you are logged out. Please disable this option to change the user-agent automatically to avoid being continually logged out of Enginius.
