The Sentiment model option to analyze Twitter data (by author or keyword) is being discontinued due to the drastic increase in Twitter's pricing for API access to read tweets (from free to $5,000+ per month). Choosing the Twitter data option will result in an error message that no tweets are available.
This does not affect any of our business cases.
